Molarity Dental Subscription Terms

A practice administrator or another person authorized to manage the practice’s billing may start a Molarity Dental standard subscription. By accepting these terms, that person confirms they have authority to commit the practice to the selected plan.

The checkout screen identifies the selected plan, price, currency, and billing interval before payment is submitted. The current standard plan structure is:

• Essentials: $129 per month or $1,290 per year.
• Practice: $199 per month or $1,990 per year.
• Group: from $499 per month or $4,990 per year.

Group includes up to three locations. Additional locations are quoted separately as shown in the applicable plan materials. Annual pricing reflects the two-month-free annual offer when that offer is active. Taxes or other required charges may apply and are shown by the checkout provider where applicable.

When a trial is shown at checkout, the trial length and any payment authorization are displayed before confirmation. The subscription begins through the checkout provider and renews according to the selected interval unless it is canceled or otherwise ends.

The practice administrator can use the Molarity Dental billing portal to update payment details, review invoices, change an eligible plan, or cancel. A cancellation scheduled at period end does not remove access immediately; access remains available through the current paid period unless the account is suspended for another reason.

Failed payments, refunds, taxes, invoice timing, and payment-method handling are processed through the checkout provider’s applicable rules and the information shown in the billing portal.

Invitation-managed Design Partner and Paid Pilot access is governed by the Molarity Dental Pilot Access Terms. A pilot does not automatically create a standard subscription. If a practice later starts a standard plan, the administrator must accept these Subscription Terms at that checkout.

Use Molarity Dental only for patient-free operational readiness work. Do not enter patient records, clinical notes, claims, insurance details, or protected health information. Molarity Dental is not a patient-record system and does not provide clinical, legal, compliance, or regulatory advice.

• Maintain accurate practice and billing contact information.
• Limit account access to authorized team members.
• Protect credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.
• Keep task intervals and procedures aligned with practice policy and manufacturer guidance.

Molarity Dental may improve, modify, or retire features and may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date identifies the current public version. If a material change requires renewed agreement, Molarity Dental will present the updated terms before the affected checkout or action.

For billing or plan questions, use the Molarity Dental request form and identify the practice and plan you are asking about. Do not include patient information in a request.
