DENTAL PRACTICE READINESS

Keep dental practice checks on schedule.

Dental unit waterline testing, sterilizer spore tests, AED checks, OSHA training, and sharps logs are easy to lose in a paper binder or spreadsheet that falls behind before an inspection. Molarity Dental helps your practice schedule, assign, and record that work.

Why I built Molarity Dental

I'm a dental assistant, and honestly, I just wanted a better way to handle the stuff that happens between appointments. No more flipping through binders, chasing down who did the waterline test, or finding out a task slipped weeks ago. So I built one place where the whole team can see what's due, who's on it and what's done. No patient info, just the work that keeps a practice running smoothly.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A short guide before you start.

What is Molarity Dental?

Molarity Dental is a patient-free readiness workspace for recurring dental practice work: waterline testing, sterilizer spore tests, AED checks, OSHA training, sharps logs, equipment checks, and credential tasks.

Does Molarity Dental store patient information?

No. Molarity Dental is designed for operational readiness, not patient records. Practices should keep patient names, clinical notes, insurance details, and other patient information out of tasks and notes.

Can different team members see different tasks?

Yes. Administrators manage the practice view and assign work by role. Staff see the tasks assigned to their role or shared with the team.

Which scheduling intervals are supported?

Schedule daily, weekly, every-2-weeks, monthly, six-month and yearly work from the date your practice chooses.

How do reminders and calendars work?

An administrator sets the interval and last-completed date. Molarity Dental calculates the next due date, sends configured reminders, and can provide calendar feeds or Google Calendar task sync depending on the plan and setup.

Is Molarity Dental a compliance certification tool?

No. Molarity Dental organizes and documents practice work. It does not certify compliance, replace manufacturer instructions, or provide legal, clinical, or infection-control advice.

How does pilot access work?

Pilot access is invitation-only. Every pilot includes all currently available Practice-plan features, including printable administrator audit reports. 2 selected Design Partners receive 60 days free and may continue at $149/month for 12 months before selecting a standard plan. Approved Paid Pilots receive a 90-day evaluation at $129/month, billed monthly and cancelable at any time. Submit the short request form below; Molarity Dental sends an approved setup link only after review.

How is Molarity Dental priced?

Standard plans are Essentials (Run the work) at $129/month or $1,290/year, Practice (Prove the work) at $199/month or $1,990/year, and Group (Standardize across locations) from $499/month or $4,990/year. Annual billing includes two months free. Pricing is per location, not per staff member. Essentials covers schedules, role assignments, email reminders, private feeds, and recent history. Practice adds Google Calendar sync and printable administrator reports. Group adds three included locations, shared templates, and roll-up reporting; additional locations are quoted at $149/location/month up to ten.
